This property is a good place to stay if you have transport. It is located several km from Bergano itself in an area that is not attractive for walking. Overall, as an economy option it is excellent with a superb breakfast. We found the floor in our room could have been beter cleaned which was a little disappointing.

Stayed for a long weekend in the romance suite. Staff were polite, room and balcony were not well cleaned as there was a lot of dust in places. Seems they done the bed, bathroom but thats it. The jet bath was put on and removed the water just to see if it was clean. The jets were so dirty the bottom of the tub was filty so I couldnt even use it. I asked the staff 3 times if they can tell me if the balcony shower worked, they said they will send someone up each time but no one came. We got tired of asking despite that being the reason I booked. They take city tax from you upon your checking out. Makes sense when checking in especially if youve pre-paid. They have a transfer available from the station to the hotel and back which was nice. But the hotel as a whole didn't have much going on. I wouldnt go back because of the balcony shower situation as it seemed like it was broken for a while and buttons were missing too.

Nice rooms , friendly staff , fresh bread , boiled eggs , ham,salami ,cheese for breakfast plus other sweet choices.

We stayed here for two nights after flying into Bergamo and before driving to Lake Como. Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Nice way to chill by the pool with a cool drink and delicious lunch, then relax in the very spacious bedroom. Lovely artwork throughout the hotel made the place feel different from a usual chain hotel. 15 minute walk into the historic town Ponte San Pietro where we’d recommend the Pizzeria Mora.
