“Exquisite!”
This is the ultimate experience in luxury! Every detail was attended to, from the warm welcome from the staff to the slippers and robes provided. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back. Thanks to Expedia for making it affordable.
“A Beautiful and Central Setting”
We liked this hotel a lot. We stayed in a lake front room which had a balcony which is shared by people on the same floor but they had privacy "fences" so you could have your own little area or a big area to walk around in. Delightful. The spa area is great and pool as well. Staff were very helpful. They recommended a wonderful place for dinner. Even my 14 year old enjoyed the place and nothing satifies her these days! Everything in Switzerland is extremely expensive and this hotel was not an exception.

My son & I spent 3 nights in Lausanne. Not only was the location wonderful but the Lausanne Palace & Spa was near perfect. The room, the balcony, the staff. A delight.

I have stayed at this wonderful facility many times over the years, and they have never disappointed me for 5 star service and comfort. The location is ideally situation for business, shops, sightseeing and restauants. Top notch SPA facility as well. We had a great room with beautiful vistas of Lake Geneva and area. Lausanne is one of my favorite and most visited Swiss cities.
“Palace Life”
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the SPA facilities are awesome. 4 restaurants within the hotel, I tried the Brasserie which was nice. Very good experience.

Fantastic Hotel would recommend it to anyone especially the delux room with view of the lake and mountains - absolutely stunning
