"We stayed here a total of 5 nights on our trip to Leh/Ladakh. The hotel is clean and comfortable, well located and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly the staff was amazing - attentive to any and all requests and super friendly. We felt like we were with family. "

"Not bad, but not great. Hot water was iffy. Checkout is at 8am! Who's up at 8am when on vacation? Had a leaking sink that they just couldn't fix, which meant water leaked out onto my sink and floor. Had some issues with service personnel. Kind of hard to find. I would not recommend it. At the same time, it was okay. Food was great, and they fed us breakfast and supper. Place was really clean. "

"Hotel is good, pleasing building and rooms. Location is good, with shops, restaurants & cafes available nearby. Driving to the hotel is a little complicated even with maps due to narrow roads around. Rooms, linen & toilets are clean. Room has a standing fan and heater. Hot water available all day. There is no lift/elevator and have to climb stairs each time which is quite tedious in this altitude. Carrying luggage is next to impossible by us but staff will do it. Free Parking is available...

"There was an absolute feeling on tranquility upon entering the courtyard then lobby of the Bodhi Tree. As Americans, we had been overwhelmed by the drive on tiny streets, honking, and mountain road from Srinagar…. The oasis of Bodhi tree for the next three days was a balm. The manager and staff were very gracious and the garden was a dream. "

"It's a beautiful new hotel that's extremely clean. They have a choice of buffet or room service. "

"We didn't actually stay at Munna Palace, as the management transferred us to Hotel Malik Residency, next door, owned by same group. Munna did not seem ready or aware of our booking, and I think they wanted to make up for this and gave us a room with a view. This was after the promised airport shuttle did not arrive. Again this was because the (absent) owner, who agreed to pick us up, did not tell management. This kept happening in India. Otherwise the room was very nice. Bit cold. It was below...

"The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and the cook even made custom made food to our request. The owner of hotel was most accommodating and helped us plan our trips. We appreciated his taking time to advise us on our trips and even getting us in touch with the taxi companies to organize our trips. I would give it 6...
