"I was able to check in and out out of hours easily. The Hostel is 10 minute walking distance from a train station and is close to Bugis area which i would recommend to check out. The instructions were clear and the staff was helpful. I didnt know how to open the lock to the red box when I came in after hours and I called the staff, they amswered right away and helped me solve it."

"It was excellent, however net curtains would add more privacy during the day, and there would be no need to close the curtains and put the lights on, you could save energy. Please, please turn the temperature of the hot water down, someone could scald themselves. there's no need for the water to be so hot. I've know of companies been sued because the visitors were not given warning of the high temperature of the water from the shower. "

"First of, beware of catherine and aunties that will invade your privacy! When I arrived at my hostel, I am shocked by the amount of maids that was staying there as well (not that it matter) until the boss of these maids actually mistook me as one. And I arrived here early evening, being so tired I wish to have a quick nap without being disturbed. "my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!"
