"We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"Luogo perfetto per riposarsi immersi nella natura e nella tranquillità. Molto ospitale il personale e gentilissimi i titolari sempre disponibili ad ascoltare le nostre richieste. "5 Star Property… beautiful farm location with amazing coastal views. Olive trees, horses, grape vines, flowers, etc. We enjoyed staying in the Lemon; The beds are comfy and large with perfectly fluffed pillows. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. Updated bathroom with bathrobes, extra towels, and blow dryer. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend "

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

Happily surprised
"Stayed here one night before early flight from Pisa. I wasn't expecting much, but was really happily surprised. The staff were lovely, friendly and smiling every time I had interaction with them. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the rooftops (yes, even the Tower in the distance). It was very quiet in the evening as my room was not facing the street. And the breakfast was amazing! So many options, I was kicking myself for not having enough time to enjoy it properly. Easy walk to town and the Tower and it took me 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport (on the shuttle). Will definitely be back if ever travelling through Pisa again. "
