"Stunning property with the most incredible breathtaking views. Note that the property is very remote therefore you will need a car to get to it and a car to get from each building on the property. It would be useful to know that dinner is only served at 8pm and there is not really any food or drinks available in between so would be good to come stocked with supplies."

"A cosy place to stay in Tuscany about 30 minutes out of Florence. Super friendly staff and free parking, plus supermarkets close by. Great for self-drive holiday. Unpleasant smell in bathroom possibly from blocked pipes and we couldn't get the air-conditioner working so was challenging to get to sleep as it was warm inside and couldn't leave the window open due to mosquitos. Part of a winery with lovely Tuscan views and farm animals on the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Great stay in this old castle. Beautiful setting with fantastic views. Room was good size with adequate storage for lots of luggage. Pool is very nice (but a bit cold in May). Various places to sit, relax and have a glass of wine. On site restaurant has varied menu and breakfast is more than a meal. So many choices of meat, fruit, breads, pastries... Leonardo is great at reception an we had several long conversations, both in English and in Italian. He is well traveled and understands what...

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Viesca. The setting is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. We did not try any of the spa treatments, but there was a really good selection available. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The only negative thing we have to say about it/Viesca is that...

"Lovely property with gorgeous views well located from Florence and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our room, which was immaculately clean, and the breakfast was good too. However we were hugely disappointed by the pools which were way too cold, including the spa pool which didn't even work properly either. Also at this price bracket we would have expected drinking water, tea bags and shower caps etc. to be replenished daily in the rooms which they weren't. "

"the hotel is a very nice hotel very good restaurant and very clean . i have to mention Alessandra the manager of the hotel -she is actually the best asset the hotel could have! i am not kidding one bit. she is an incredible person who help us beyond expectation in our bad experience we had with our budget rental car... she managed to help us to get to florence relatively on time to get our tour there (we didnt have a car because of budget rental situation ) and let our stay there to be less...
