"The staff was wonderful and location was great. The bed and couch were not very comfy and the breakfast was timed and very simple. We didn't initially realize that everything was unplugged and we had to turn on the water heater for a warm shower but once identified those were easy enough to manage. Not that it was entirely unexpected, but there is no elevator and we were three flights up so that is something to consider."

"I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect just one minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The room is big. It’s nice to have small kitchen area, big closet and balcony. No staff at the property but not a problem to me. Just email them if you want anything. No daily cleaning but you can pay for it if you want to have it. The room is pretty, new and clean. I had a good time. "

"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"

"Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in. "

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "
