The property was very clean and there was so much to do without even leaving it. We stayed there for a few nights only

Very clean site, clean rooms, pools lovely & hotel staff. paid for chalet however, never cleaned the room & had to pay for clean towels even though staying for 5 nights.
Love this place, came back twice. Literally had all you need . The shuttle downtown is amazing, exploring with families can be chaotic this helped. The pool gets a bit crowded during peak season but still worth a visit.

Transportation to the Center is limited. Restaurant was really good. Marketplace should be opened for late at night. No food places nearby to walk to.

Once you get to the property the staff were all wonderful but the communication prior to arrival was none no answers to any of my questions through Expedia. The city bus is across the street takes you into Florence for 2 euros but make sure you validate your ticket front of bus to avoid a hefty fine. I loved that we could cook breakfast before heading out and there is a grocery store onsite.
A very well maintained campsite with good amenities and a bustling friendly atmosphere on the whole. The only downside is beyond the control of the campsite and was the bus service into central Florence. Appalling service with infrequent and misleading times. Overall other than the logistics of going to central Florence I would recommend the campsite highly
The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea.
Stay was great! Room was large and the staff was friendly! All the amenities needed at your disposal! Best if traveling with a car but there is close by public transportation and bikes for rent
We avail for Hu Stay to visit Florence and the place is perfect for a family of 5. 3 kids.

It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it doesn’t seem the pool is open in early September.
Fantastic spot. Room was great with your own bathroom. Clean, tidy, comfortable, safe! Great pool, handy market and laundry, staff were very helpful. Great having bus 14 right out the front (as long as there isnt a strike!) as it takes you.into the centre. Very happy with my stay!
The place was very clean, customer service was excellent, especially Caro who checked us in. We felt very safe and site is accessible to city centre.
However, there are quite a number of areas to improve on: no chairs, or at minimum, stools in rooms/ glamptents, no tables, more hangers, basic toiletries like hand towels or hand soap. No space in washroom to put your toiletries. Laundry area is clean but very few dryers for the number of people who are in the site. There were I think only 5, the 6th one was out of service. Only a small table ti fold laundry, seemed like an afterthought to put in a small table. When we did our laundry, 2 people had left their dried laundry in 4 machines, 1 was being used. We were left with no machines and were told at reception that machines automatically shut off at 11. It was 1030 and wondering if we’d be able to make it in time.
This is a well maintained, efficient, clean and family friendly site. Don’t be put off by its size, the facilities are excellent with 3 large pools catering for all ages. There is an excellent restaurant doing breakfast, lunch and dinner - the food is beautiful. Well stocked shop, laundry facilities and poolside bar. Campsite bus into Florence and train station nearby. We come back every year
When I booked it, I didn’t realize it was a campground, so it was a surprise when we arrived. It was a wonderful surprise for my tired children after walking all day in Rome, and enjoyed being able to go swimming. I felt absolutely safe letting my children walk down and play at the playground and wander around. If we could stay longer than one night we totally would. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially for families with children. I will come back if we are ever back in Florence.
Lovely place perfect for family. Easily accessible to city center with the bus no 14 which you get just right outside the main entrance. Tickets can be picked up from reception. Lovely restaurant and play area for kids. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Excellent
We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent.
