“Very impressed with hotel”
Excellent stay and I would have no hesitation about booking again or recomending this hotel to anyone else. Quite near tube and convenient to bus stop.
“Excellent choice for tourists”
This hotel is very conveniently located between two undergrounds and faces the beautiful Kensington Gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at several London hotels previously and for the price, this is a steal!
“Great place to stay”
I moved to this hotel after the one I originally booked turned out to be under construction. While the Ramada was a lot more pricey, every dollar was worth it. Our room was clean, the service was friendly, there was a cheap breakfast that was very tasty, and the room even had a bathtub!

AMAZING quality hotel, brilliant views from window, easy access to tube, 5 mins bus to oxford street.! staff were very polite and helpful assissting us on places to visit, eat etc.. Will definately be going back to london, they made my first trip there an unforgettable one. Thanks

“Everything good except for smell of smoke”
I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was spacious and we had a great view over Hyde Park. The dinner included was good, although probably only because it was free. The total would have come to over £40 which I think would have been over priced for the quality of the food. The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfy with extra pillows provided. However we were only given one towel? A bit annoying in a double room! My only complaint is that despite our room being a 'non smoking' room, it smelt very strongly of smoke. As did the lifts in the hotel. This is very unpleasant and is the only thing that would put me off recommending this hotel. Also the woman who served us for dinner was very friendly, however breakfast staff were a little brash, but not a major concern.

The room was great, much larger than I had in other London hotels. The hallways needed to be updated, but the room was great. Great area close to 2 tube stations, very safe at night, lots of restaurants close by. Very close to the Notting Hill area.

good for the price, and it included free dinner on 1st night and breakfast each day! complete bargain for 4 star in central london. only negative, no room safe or fridge.
“Pleasantly surprised!”
I booked this break for my 10 year old daughter and myself to do a show and sight seeing weekend, at a bargain price and non cancellable, then read lots of negative comments about it, so arrived expecting the worst! But I was very pleasantly surprised. Yes, the hotel is a little bit worn, and probably not up to normal 4* standards decor wise, but actually every member of staff we dealt with was really lovely and helpful, the breakfasts and inclusive dinner absolutely delicious, and the location fantastic right opposite Hyde Park and less than 5 minute walk to nearest tube station. I would be fairly likely to use it again if the price was as reasonable as this time.

We had a good deal at this hotel through expedia. Breakfast was a bit expensive but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is very pleasant and this is the third time we have stayed there.
