“Good hotel but a bit out of the way”
This hotel offered several amenities, such as free Internet access, ice, a small kitchenette area, a small frig, table and chairs, good closet space. You could get breakfast for approximately $10.00 a day but we decided against that. This hotel was close to a subway station where you could buy tokens for short or extended periods of time but it was a bit out of the way in terms of Paris. However, we slept well, went to a good restaurant recommended by the staff at the front desk, and greatly enjoyed our time there, particularly as the price was very reasonable.
“It worked”
This hotel is not fancy but did the trick. One nice thing was the mini refrigerator. I could buy juice and store leftovers which was handy and saved money. The people at the hotel are nice and there's a place right across the street to grab a cafe au lait in the morning and a Cyber cafe two doors down that is open in the evening.
“Great place for people on a budget!”
I loved the kitchenette in the room; there's a supermarket almost right beside the hotel and we would buy croissants, juice, and snacks to eat to save on eating out all the time. It is a little ways on the metro from the city center, but we always mapped out where we were going that day on the ride. We thought it was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
“Not up to standard!”
Although the staff were friendly enough, this hotel was not up to standard! It is on the corner of some very busy streets making the noise level unbearable. The sheets & pillow cases on our beds had stains on them, they were also not changed for the 3 nights we stayed there. We had both a double and single room. The double room was a carbon copy of the single room, only with another single bed squashed in, making moving around the room tricky and an unromantic double bed! Very shabby indeed. We also booked for breakfast, but on arrival, found hardly a drop of milk or coffee etc, so we abandoned that as well.
“Not at all impressed”
Only pick this place if you want a place to cook, prefer not spending much time in the room and if you need a place closer to the metro. If you book your place ahead of time, you might find a nicer hotel for the same price. Staff not friendly. Don't expect much help from them. Better to stay at an American chain of hotels where you might be able to charge your phone and have better bath room facilities.
