Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Convienient location for a one night stay. We had a vehicle so we parked in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel for $20 euro/ day with hotel stay. A bit pricey in my opinion, but we had the convenience of being next door. Shopping center next to the hotel. Overall our room has decent space and was clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff was very friendly as well. Would stay here again.

Place was easy to find - took an Uber from Orly. The only thing is that it STINKS as it's located right next to a garbage processing plant. But overall it was good!

Friendly staff, clean and comfy room. No frills, but perfect for our family as a long layover stay. We landed at CDG and had a flight to catch at Orly the next day. We rested and visited the Place D’Italie for a little shopping in Paris. The next morning Uber to Orly was less than 15 minutes.

It was perfect for what I needed, a safe, comfortable place for one night. It is a little removed from popular areas or metro access, but Uber is readily available to get you to the nearest metro at Francois Mitterrand Library. I went to meet friends and returned around 2 AM, the area appeared safe and the lobby was well lit and attended. 7€ got me to Gare d’Austerlitz Very pleased

In general, it was an amazing hotel! The bed was comfortable and I had the best nights! Check-in was easy and there was no check out. You leave your room and that’s it! However, for the low price, please expect a medium to long commute to the main attraction such as the Eiffel Tower or train stations (Gare de l’Est for example). Also, the bus/tram/RER tickets are not the same. If you see you need to take a bus and a tram on Google maps, it is 2 tickets of 2.1€. It can cost you a lot of money for public transportation and time. If you don’t mind walking to the nearest metro station, you can walk along the river because it is beautiful by the hotel. You live with the locals when you are staying at this hotel.

Really good value hotel. Location isn’t prime, but that’s why it’s cheaper. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Francois Mitterrand, and Gare de Lyon was about 15 minutes in a taxi. The hotel is located right next to a cineplex, a large Leroy Merlín… and also the city waste and incineration facility. We could see the steam tower from our room but there is no smell at all so it’s not too bad. The hotel is meant to be basic and it does it really well. The room is efficient with space… you won’t want to hang around in the room but it’s fine for sleeping, washing and perhaps watching TV in bed. I would stay here again.
