A bit annoying but no kettle to make tea or coffee in room, also no mirror in bedroom, was a challenge to dry hair and get ready for the evening from the bathroom mirror, lack of plug sockets. "This property is located just about 15 minutes walk from downtown. Property is surrounded by nice gardens and olive trees. The most disappointing was stuff, specifically, front desk and owners who run this property. I been traveling frequently, but never in my life I been experiencing that level of unprofessionalism. The front desk check in personal, was a owner too, extremely arrogant, rude, disrespectful The service we as a family received, makes me never ever wanting to visit this...

"We loved the apartments. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Apartments are clean, & run by the lovely Maria with the brilliant barman Kostas who was a star. It is about 12min walk to Malia old town & all the nightlife, so near enough to go into, but you still get a quiet nights sleep. The pool is fab, loads of beds, everything is spotless & the food & bar prices were excellent. We would 100% go back here."

"The owners were friendly and helpful, and it was cheap. However, the fact that A/C was NOT included was well hidden in the list of conditions. While Expedia listed the place as "having A/C", you actually have to pay 6-8 Euros extra to actually "use" the A/C. I think it is important for potential future customers to know that yes, the place is cheap and the owners are nice, don't be surprised that you will have to pay extra for A/C."
