It was very central for what we needed, we stayed for 3 days and it was comfortable, a little noisy because of the road being so close and it's Manila, Makati. Plenty of places to eat and it was near to a lovely park called Green Park with a very up market shopping mall...if that's your thing. The park was a refreshing change for the city of Makati.

Every I can visit in Philippines I can choice to stay in Eurotel hotel was very clean and friendly.but now very dirty because wen I’m check in and Open the room smells very bad like new paint very dirty and I can asked to change the room because I can’t stay and I can’t relax because smells to bad the toilet very bad smells,the next room they can give it to me with my family is same dirty and the toilet is blocked about service not very good even I can ask to send me tissues for toilet because always empty never send to me in my room did not give me so I hope they can change and they need to a aware for cleanliness and also the towel very dark colours.I have very bad experience for Eurotel hotel.the toilet vey bad smells I can’t slept for the bad smells 😡.hello Management please you need to check the room toilets and cleanliness before they can stay the customer's 😡

Outdated property and facilities. The small refrigerator in my room has filthy door insulation. Bathtub has a noticeable stain. No shower curtain to help contain the water.

I should not have write this comment but the staff there was not friendly not all but most of them (except receptionist nicole and night shift receptionist who handled my checkout very fast). First, the free breakfast was not discussed properly which one was free which one is payed that should be informed by the staff upon check in. Number two second day i ordered my breakfast around 7:20am however around 8:45 breakfast was still not delivered so I cancelled it. I received no apology no sorry from the staff. I mean where is the customer service? Third, Amenities was not working properly, Slow drainage, wifi is slow. Lastly, Everyday I see cockroaches in the room cant even imagine that there is some existing hotels that exists please refer to the photos attached. The management should really look into their people that is not so welcoming.

If you're looking for extremely efficient and exceedingly friendly staff and a great bargain, then this is certainly the place to come if you're after a bed and a shower. I was surprised at the high level of service for such a low cost and I was also surprised at this hotel's cleanliness... My experience was great and my expectations for the price were outmatched! I will gladly recommend this property!

I completely understand that this hotel, like all businesses are struggling financially amidst the pandemic, are trying to keep standing and weather the storm. I compliment them for taking care of the staff and even though the amenities is slightly diminished but forgivable and still working hard to attain satisfactory customer service. The staff are proficient, polite, helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I ended up staying here for a night when I landed in Manila and found my accommodation had fallen through so I went here where I had booked to stay later in my trip. It was awful. First off, I was charged full price (75USD) which was vastly overpriced. The room was dingy, the sheets on the bed were really old and greyish and couldn't even be tucked under the mattress. The mattress was a piece of foam, which had a dividing seam down the middle of it (obviously it was a twin mattress unfolded to make a double). It was uncomfortable to sleep on as I kept feeling that division in the middle. No blankets were provided. The bathroom was in terrible shape. The light switch lacked a cover and there was grime and rust on the tiles and tub. All that was provided was some cheap liquid soap. The towels were thin and old. The best that I can say was that the AC worked well and the breakfast buffet in the morning was decent. I also had the bizarre experience of being kicked out of my room at 10:30 am when checkout time was noon. They cancelled my key card and when I went down to get it renewed, the clerk called up to the room, "No one's there," he said. I said, "I know. I'm the occupant of the room! It's not 12 pm yet! I'm entitled to go back to the room." He didn't understand this concept then sent me up with a guy to get my luggage. I wasn't even allowed in the room to get my bags. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. No way could I go back for my later booking.

Unfortunately, one thing is the room that is reserved and another very different what is received. It was a bad experience, the staff quite inattentive, they ask something and do not respond, they do not give any information of tourist sites, there is no collaboration for the tourist. The terrible room, dirty, old without windows, we complained and they changed us but in the other room, the only thing that the difference was that it had a small window. The building is old. The only thing is that the area is good and in front there is a shopping center. But you have to keep in mind that only taxis arrive in that part. We will certainly not return to that hotel, once is enough.

Our room has bed bugs, we were itching the whole night. And why is there an extra charge for a comforter blanket? Staying in a Eurosuite and your blankets are so thin, the aircon is cold, and they they would charge you extra for thick blankets. How many stars of a hotel is this?

I only like the staff, they are very kind and accommodating. They serve the customers properly and very professionals. Kudos to all of them. What disappoint me a lot are the mattress (very old and not comfy), towels also the same (needs to be changed to at least new ones), toiletries given were so cheap (too cheap for a 2k rate per night), aircon is not blowing enougj cold (it was hot in the room). The room needs some renovation. I hope the management Will ACT on this. The location is just perfect anyway for the place that I went for my appointment. Thank you.
