"First time visit to Cancun and Mexico in general and staying in an all-inclusive resort! Live Aqua is very clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and the dining options are very diverse! The ocean views are absolutely STUNNING and breath taking! La Isla mall is also right across the street so shopping can be just a short walk away, but you’ll never want to leave this place! There’s so many activities throughout the day everyday from pool aerobics, bingo, crafts, live entertainment/DJ at night and more! Many different types of heated pools and private beach right on the property! If you forget or need something, you can go right downstairs to their convenience store/gift shop and purchase your necessities like snacks, toothbrush/toothpaste, medication, accessories, bug spray, sunblock, jewelry, swimsuit and trunks, souvenirs, clothes and much more! Gym is also nice. The Starbucks is also located in the same area! The Starbucks menu is very limited, but they still have the basic coffees and it’s still an awesome point to have within the resort. Never had any problems here and I would DEFINITELY recommend and come back again! "

"This older property might not be the most glitzy in the hotel zone, but the staff and management are superb. Friendly faces and cheerful service abound. We have been to this resort multiple times, and have enjoyed each visit."
