Breakfast was fresh daily. Staff were friendly and engaging. Great location and the property is kept pristine. It is a nice get away from the busy beach area. Pool is beautiful and lights up so pretty at night and late closing makes for a great night swim.

We had a wonderful stay at the Acqua di Mare Resort. We stayed for eight days on Roatan and the condo was exactly what we needed. Choices of several fresh breakfast items every morning and a roof top sushi bar for sunsets. The staff is very accommodating and they focus on great service. The pool is clean and very well maintained.

The place was very big. Always clean. Staff was great. Expedia had to move us from the Kimpton because it got filled up. This was disappointing Honestly though it was a better space for our family. We loved having a full kitchen, 2 very nice bathrooms, laundry room and 2 balconies.

Breakfast was very good with about 4 different options. The rooms were a good size and the large balcony was very nice. Loved the modern kitchen with blender, dishwasher and large fridge! You need to supply your own dish tabs & cloths. We loved the large pool and swim up bar. The staff is very friendly. It would have been nice to have a happy hour or discounted cocktails included in the package. Overall I would highly recommend Acqua di Mare and would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. Our apartment seemed like it was basically brand new. Only hiccup was with the shuttle from the airport, customs took so long our driver apparently took someone else instead! So we were left with no ride. Another driver from a different resort offered to take us and worked out payment with Acqua, so that was nice, he saved the day, but it we were a little bit nervous getting into his vehicle, but it did all work out. Acqua was very quiet, we loved that it was walking distance to West Bay Beach, but far enough that you didn’t hear anything from there. The breakfast was great, although more options would have been appreciated. The pool was nice and everything maintained well. We also really enjoyed having access to the beach club on west bay beach.

Great Hotel, beautiful new modern look. Very comfortable beds and great service. It is a new hotel so still needs to adapt to full professional hotelier status, but it is totally understandable. Will definitely return here when i come back to Roatan

Although it was just off of the water we were steps from the beach. Property is beautiful. 2/2 condos with full kitchens and large balconies. On property pool was fantastic with a swim up bar. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Family Stay – Highly Recommend! My family of five spent 3 wonderful weeks at Acqua di Mare and absolutely loved it. The condo was brand new, super clean, and had everything we needed — especially the washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included (our 5-year-old gave the pancakes a 10/10!), and the optional daily cleaning for a one-time fee was a huge help with little kids. The pool is beautiful, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. We also loved having access to Mayan Princess amenities like beach chairs — no extra charge! West Bay’s restaurants and water activities are just a short walk away. Special thanks to Paty at the front desk — she was so kind and helpful. We felt right at home and will definitely stay here again!

When completed this will be an excellent property. Last tower was being built so at times was noisy as well as construction debris was nearby. Pool was excellent and front staff excellent and friendly condos are big,bright and roomy with lots of closet and storage.

The staff here were very friendly and professional. The property is very well kept. It’s about 25 min drive from the RTB airport. Visit Eldon’s grocery store for foods to prepare at the property as it has a fully stocked kitchen. The onsite kitchen doesn’t have many food options, breakfast was consistently good. We didn’t eat much outside of that at the restaurant. The property is steps from the beach, Gumbalimba park is about a 10 min walk. For night action, you can walk the beach to get to various resorts/bars/restaurants or take a 12 min ride to the West Bay for lively options into the early morning hours.

The property personal was professional, kind, respectful, attentive to our needs and made sure that we were comfortable and we were always greeted with respect. The property manager Neki Tatum was extremely professional and made sure our expectations were met. The resort is beautiful, clean, safe. The property is in great shape, beautiful decor/ lay out , up to date appliances, rooms are bright, nice pool area. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Before arrival , it was communicated through messages that a pack and play was needed for the baby and we were told that one will be available for us, by the time we got our room and settled in from our flight , we realized that the pack and play was never placed in the room for the baby. We realized that late at night and when we looked for a phone to call the front to our surprise there was no phone so we couldn't call to resolve the issue or to even order room service. We would have to go all the way to the front to communicate anything needed which was annoying especially if you’re tired and have children. Another huge disappointment rather shock, the hotel charged $70 for house keeping for the 4 nights we stayed there and did not do a good job at it but was actually dishonest. During check in it was communicated that the room will be cleaned daily, new sheets and towels will be provided as we requested but apparently we were lied to. One of the days we were in the room late when housekeeping came and that’s when i saw that yes towels were washed, dried and placed back but sheets weren’t changed not even dusted but simply pulled back on the bed. Bathroom sinks and kitchen sinks were barely wiped

We visited Roatan for the first time and stayed at Acqua di Mare for two weeks in February. The hospitality at Acqua di Mare was exceptional. We started our days having breakfast and were served by Susan and Silvia who were efficient, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure breakfast was great. They always had a moment to chat and made us feel special. Israel, headed the landscaping crew and worked diligently to make sure the facilities were well maintained. Israel always had a smile on his face and stopped to ask how our stay was.We must also mention Patricia who spearheaded the front desk and who checked frequently to ensure our stay was perfect. We have already recommended Acqua di Mare to friends and will definitely visit again.
