The hotel itself is really good, the stuff was super friendly and helpful( housekeeping was more than great), , front desk allowed us to check out 1 hour later ( appreciated!!!) but I don’t think the hotel is 4 starts worth it, the rooms were very small ( for that price ), if you don’t pay for a room with a view , you will keep your curtains closed … Robes were missing, flip flops and etc ( stuff you can live without, but for a 4 star hotel for that money you should have it)

Pictures online are not a realistic representation of the hotel. Room was very small and smelt awful. Air con wasn’t on due to season which in heat amplified the bad smell. No bar/reception area. Felt unsafe outside the hotel after 7pm - a lot of pickpockets and people intimidatingly approaching you asking for money or offering drugs !

Wouldnt recommend!
Very unsafe area we had a man follow us to our room and forcibly got into the small elevator and stood out of our room for hours that was a very scary situation.the area is very skecky throughout the day but specifically at night the most horrible. The location is convient but at what cost. The hotel has only 1 front desk staff and no security or questions asked for unauthorized personal that enter the hotel at anytime. Very small rooms. Its a new hotel only upside.

In a small space but quiet and a very nice atmosphere. Room was always kept clean and location is great, especially for foodies. We liked it a lot and will certainly book again the next time we visit Milan

Comfortable and convenient hotel for Centrale
I really liked this hotel! The rooms are decorated in a very contemporary style, everything looked fresh and clean. I can see how the bathroom style with the shower and sink in the room (even if very discreetly tucked away) wouldn't suit everyone if you were sharing with a friend - but I thought the design made the room itself more spacious. I'm not a breakfast eater, but the food smelled AMAZING, and the view from the 11th floor of the station is utterly glorious. I was also able to have just a coffee instead of the full breakfast, so that was appreciated. Staff were polite and helpful, and it was handy to be able to leave my bags for a few hours to explore Milan before getting my train on to my final destination.

I booked a room almost 6 months ago, but i was transferred to another property upon.check in without a proper explanation. I was offered a room at GLAM HOTEL, and hated the dark-lighted room with black and red concept. I wouldve NEVER booked this hotel. Its a good thing i booked only one night there.

Good location next to central station. Hotel clean and rooms clean and of a good standard for the price.20 minute walk into town centre or a 2 minute walk to metro. Can only fault the hotel on the pillows which were a bit thin for my liking.

Upon arriving we were given a room without view of the city but acceptable realizing a room is just to rest and get clean up while traveling, our room had a spider hanging from the toilet and the wall of the bathroom, also there was hair on the shower, we came down to the front desk and Lorenzo was very apologetic and immediately changed our room with an upgrade with view to the city, we felt thankful for his reaction, his response was genuine and friendly, wish I can say the same thing about everyone else, they all seemed very mechanical and not to friendly.

Great location next to Milano Centrale. Easy access to train, metro, shopping. Excellent check in! Down side - rude / loud people up late talking loudly. Asked them to quiet down, but they insisted to continue. And no front desk number to call so had to walk down to make request such as additonal pillows. Mosquitos attacked throughout the night. Overall 2.5 to 3 stars.

Not impressive
Very good access from train station. Staff behaviour was BAU, business as usual, not making any extra efforts. Room was ill designed, sink was in the main room instead of a separate area. So, not impressive at all. Then lifts had alot of wait.

The staff service is excellent, and the location is great. What we were disappointed is the hotel layout and the room amenities. First, the water basin is just next to the bed. The shower water temperature is inconsistent (from extreme coldness to extreme hotness), and there is NO holder at all in the shower area. On the first night, due to the slippery floor, I had a bad fall and injured my wrist and back. This is not friendly to more elderly people too. In the room, there is not kettle, no tissue paper, no cups, no complimentary water supply. But these are given after requested from the service counter. In conclusion, we expected more from the hotel.

Not too bad. Family room was a good size. Beds comfortable. Pretty clean. Decor a bit basic but bright and OK. Very convenient when arriving late at Milan station - And we got a good deal. But the main square outside seemed pretty rough and uncomfortable to walk through at night. Lots of big groups of youths.

This worked really well for us wanting to be as close to Milano Centrale station as possible for the Italian Grand Prix. The rooms are basic and spare but handsome and contemporary. Hotel feels minimal (very small lobby and desk etc) but front desk attendant was always friendly and helpful, arranging an airport transfer for us, etc.

Staff were really friendly and helpful! However, towels and bedding could have felt cleaner (they had a weird smell to it). Shower curtain also had mould on it. Location was amazing, right outside the station and if you have breakfast there, you have an amazing view of the station!

Poor communication.
Rooms are nice and clean. However don’t expect to get a response from hotel if you are checkin in late, they seems to ignore any communication. Would be nice to have tea/coffee or at least a kettle in the room to make a drink.

I wouldn’t call this property a 4 star hotel. There was no tea or coffee or kettle. The sheets had marks on them. The pillows you are only given one and it’s very flat and bobbly. The staff were hit and miss we had one very friendly person another quite rude. They forgot to provide us with towels so I went down as there were no instructions on how to call reception on the phone. 25mins later they still hadn’t arrived. I called this time and they then arrived another 10mins later. The main pro for this hotel is the location as it’s close to the station and metros.

Just ok - can’t nvenient near train station
Room configuration was odd and small, Lobby is small. It seemed more 3 stars than 4 but it is fine for a short stay.

Great hotel close to Milan Centrale. Right across the street from station. Convenient to catch trains and metros to other locations like Duomo, lake Como. Room itself looks updated or new. Nice big size with huge windows overlooking the city streets. Very clean and comfortable Lots of dining options nearby that are walkable. Shopping options on Corso Buenos Aires about a block away. Would definitely stay here again

I stayed as a solo traveler for one night. I picked this hotel due to the location by central station. It was perfect! The solo traveler room had plenty of space, it was very clean and I felt safe! Also the receptionist was very nice and helpful
