"This was my third time in Hong Kong. Last two times I stayed at W Hotel but this time I decided to try Olympian. Hands down, it was a better choice. My room was very roomy, luxurious, high ceiling with a great view. I highly recommend this hotel over other luxury options. "

And when we are about to go home .. she let us sit in her office to wait for our companions to the airport."

"The room is extremely small and narrow. Not much space to put any luggages. There is no fridge in the room, no free coffee or tea packages, just 2 bottles of water. The reception office is very small and dark. Surprisingly packed with a lot of customers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nearby streets there are lots of restaurants, bakeries, shops and malls. Also there is a subway station nearby. "

The positive interactions with them made my stay in this hotel truly stands out from all other hotels I have stayed. I will definitely return to this hotel and stay on the 17/F again :) "

"They said they “upgrade” me to a better room when I checked in. Yet, the condition of the room is really poor. I can see wires Socket (internet and phone) is exposed, TV remote on/off switch is not working, the so call cloth cabinet is so short that shirts are touching the bottom, wallpaper is peeling off, shower room is so small that I have difficulty to turn. "

"Don't stay here. There are plenty of other places in the same price bracket. Awful place to stay and over priced for what it is. Had a twin room and there were some sort of midges crawling around on top of the other bed. These are flats converted into tiny rooms. No windows. Seriously look either."
