Excellent place to stay while in Monterey. The place is generally clean. Our room was cleaned and tidy each day. Two minor demerits have to do with noise level and room amenities. Since we were in a room that abuts the street, the vehicle noise from the street was quite loud. I am pretty sure the property could invest in some sound insulation. Second is that the toilet is way too small. Two other minor notes were that the blow dryer mount came off the wall and the room fridge did not close all the way. These items were brought to the staffs attention but nothing was ever done about it during our 3 day stay.

Literally smack dab between the old Wharf and Cannery Row, only a 10-15 minute walk to each from the Inn. Only a 10 minute walk to the water with some really great views of the seals as well. Peaceful and quiet, with a great complimentary espresso machine in the lobby that is available all day!
