Not a 5 star property but it was clean and comfortable. Good location and just a few blocks walk to the get to the restaurants and Fishermans Warf. Very helpful front desk attendants and loved the filtered water in the lobby to fill up my water bottle before heading out in the morning - crisp & cold! We didn't have any issues with parking. There is some outside traffic noise but I use a heavy white-noise sound machine so it drowned it out perfectly. Would stay here again.

Only thing was there wasn’t an actual light in our room. It had the light switch but no light. So we had to turn on all the small lights to get light

The location was very nice. Walkable to plenty of restaurants. 5 min drive to fairgrounds. Parking free for one car-was told there is not enough parking spaces for everyone which can be problematic. Luckily we didn’t experience a problem. Seems like the fridge didn’t reach a cool enough temperature as we had food in there and didn’t seem to get that cold. the ac seemed to turn off after a certain point and were not able to have it as cool as we would have liked. Overall convenient location. About a 10 min walk to the beach as well.

An older style property that would benefit from updating. Although currently adequate for most uses. Personally the soft bed with a soft topper is not to my liking. Friendly and informative staff throughout the premises.

Had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The room was always very clean and the bed was comfortable. This is an older style property.

Horrific noise (room by pool, busy traffic/buses/truck noise until late at night. Little privacy. Staff provided inaccurate information re room and was extremely rude when I addressed during checkout. Neighborhood is fine, but this place didn’t feel safe. Parking is very limited and not guaranteed.
