“Service Oriented”
This hotel was great, centrally located and they were extremely nice there. They even let me change my reservation at the last minute without penalty. They were lovely and I highly reccomend this hotel.
“People Do Matter”
Better Than So Many From the moment of our arrival to the Ville-Marie,Best Western the service and friendliness beat our expectations. During our stay we were always greeted with a smile and recognition; giving us a feeling of being in our home neighborhood. Dining was excellent, valet service and front desk service wonderful. All staff was well informed regarding; where to find places and streets. Our thanks and compliments to the General Manager,for such a wonderful staff and for his friendliness in assisting my husband when he needed use of the hotels printer.

“Great, economical place to stay in Montreal”
After a disastrous booking with Hotel Le Cantlie Suites, we moved over to the Best Western and were quite pleased by the cleanliness, updated amenities, and ultra-helpful hotel staff. We had planned on moving over to something a bit more "high-end" as we were there for a few days of our honeymoon, but ended up staying at the BW all three nights! Definitely recommended!

“Pleasant Stay”
Good hotel. Shows pride in ownership and service. I liked being close but not too close to downtown conference hotels (5 blocks). There are a limited number of restaurants right by the hotel but dozens within a few blocks. Service was always good and I had no problems. Did not mind calling it home for a week.
“We just needed somewhere to sleep, and this was great.”
The service was friendly, the location was perfect, the room was huge, it was just what we needed. Mind you, we're not picky people and we've heard people complain about cleanliness but we found it fine. The beds were super comfortable.
“Excellent Choice”
I have stayed at this hotel four times. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, and the location is excellent. This hotel is only two blocks north of the main shopping street and is located on one of the largest streets (Peel Rd.) so its very easy to find. My complaints are minimal and in no way had a negative effect on my visit: elevators are tiny and the bathroom door didn't have a lock.
“Service was great”
It was very quiet. When we needed extra blankets or silverware, we received assistance immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing directions to different locations.

this hotel was perfect...... 2 blocks from st. catherine st.... and not far walk from anything downtown... right by the subway... safe area, quiet area.... considering the price of other hotels in montreal... this is probably the best bang for your buck...
