Hotel location is great with lots around and easy to get to and from the metro. Check-in was easy and done quickly. We were upgraded to a room with a fireplace so had lots of space for just two people.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful (we had the one with the fireplace). It was very cozy and warm and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive - extremely on point, even at the door and with valet parking. Given that this hotel is fairly new and recently opened up, we were extremely impressed. And bonus, they are dog friendly - even with water bowls in the lobby.

The staff especially the front desk ladies and the bell boys were very helpful in answering questions about the area and on what to do while visiting downtown Montreal.
