The room was clean and very roomy. Quick check-in. Bed linens were fantastic. Bathroom was large. The mattress was hard for my liking, not a pillow top or even quilted mattress pad. Biggest issue is our room was a lake view, we really wanted to enjoy it but our room was on the ground level with parking directly in from of our view and patio, to make things worse the glass doors are completely clear, no tint or coating to prevent people from seeing into our room and there was only blackout curtains on the door, no sheers. So you either look a cars/the lake and everyone can see in our room or you close the curtains and have no view or sunlight. Extremely disappointing and hard to believe this high end spa hotel is OK with this set up.

Room clean like it was renovated the day before. Marvelous view on the lake Champlain, food was delicious either for breakfast or diner at the Greg restaurant. Staff had wine on hand for us on Friday night for our room!

This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and all spoke English which we were slightly worried about with being in Quebec. The rooms and facilities were very clean and new. No complaints about this hotel and our stay.
