"Nice hotel, easy access to tourist hop on hop off bus, right next to Tower of London. Rooms are very nice with either a view of Katherine's Harbor or the Thames. Concierge was very helpful with all requests. I would definayely stay therebagain."

"On arriving early at the hotel for an overdue birthday celebration with my Mum, we were greeted by really friendly reception staff. We were able to leave our bags until we could get into our room, and our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. When we eventually got into our room it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary mini bar, chocolate, biscuits and reusable red water bottles were a thoughtful touch. A nice souvenir. There was a large choice at breakfast and the surroundings were stylish. I enjoyed it so much I have booked a weekend stay with my husband when we go to Wimbledon, due to the good transport connections."

"Excellent location for visitors to London. Next to Tower Hill station underground. Very accessible from the airport through the underground as well. To complimentary drinks unfortunately we didn't get to use them. The staff are very helpful. Definitely will stay again"
