“Can't wait to go back”
Beautiful hotel centered in the Business District of Mumbai. I took the hotel car most places that I went but it was also close enough to downtown that business colleagues could meet with me there. The onsite resteraunts are splendid!
“Fabulous Hotel Bad Location”
If you are looking for a good hotel in central Mumbai then this is the perfect place to stay. Individuals not familiar with Mumbai will find it pretty easy to get lost on their way to the hotel.
“A Home Away from Home”
I am a female sole traveller so it was important to me to feel secure. The ITC did more than just that. It made me feel very welcome & very spoilt. I had booked an ITC One Suite which was more impressive than I had expected. I had a sitting room & a separate bedroom, all with a fantastic view. As a woman, the Belgium chocolates & fresh daily flowers had me immediately in love with the place. And that is not to mention the silk dressing gown & goldfish! Honestly, the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly or welcoming. As a tourist, everything was a cab ride away but that did not cause me any problems as there were always cabs hanging around outside waiting for a ride. I could not recommend this hotel or it's wonderful staff more highly.

Service is more than you would expected, luxury hotel. Great in room design.
“Pleasurable stay.”
Staff is courtious and attentive. They allowed us to have a extended check out time to accommodate our flight departure. Breakfast was amazing! So many varieties of cuisine. Room is quiet. Views from the roof top are not to be missed.

A superb hotel. Very good location, facilities and service worthy of a 5 star rating. Good restaurants and breakfast. Throughly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
“Stay if you have business in Central Mumbai”
The Hotel is excellent - living up to the ITC benchmarks. The food and service is extremely high quality, specially the indian food from Kebabs and curries. The location makes it a business hotel, strictly for those who have business in central mumbai. The rooms are fantastic, but the view has nothing to show.
“Good hotel”
The guest room was nice but a little undersized. The bathroom was compact as well, but the shower was fantastic. I was in a Tower room so had access to the club lounge on the 30th floor. Very nice -- free drinks in the evening + great views. The staff in the lounge was excellent. Breakfast was a different story -- mediocre spread and mediocre service. All in all, a nice place and worthy of the Luxury Collection label.
“ITC Grand Central”
The Stay Experience at the ITC Grand Central , Mumbai had been pleasing as before . However I did notice that the Shower Faucet in room 1506 was not in good working order and so was the electronic Weighing Scale.. Possibly the batteries needed replacement.. The Check in and Check Out was effecient and so was the concierge services..
