"We really enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for a family. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Liked having the laundry facility on site however, the dryers are not too good. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious for 4 adults and a toddler PLUS all of our suitcases lol Location was great: a lot of restaurants nearby, JR train station about a 10min walk away, and accessible to other popular parts of Osaka. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful (esp when it came to sending our suitcases to our next location). So glad we stayed here for our stay in Osaka :)"
