“Best hotel on our whole trip”
My self, my husband and my picky 16 year old daughter thought this was the best hotel we had on our 10day vacation. The rooms were very comfortable.

Distance from Manhattan isnt a problem since they have drop-off and pickup service @$5 per person.
“Good Place to Stay if you're visiting NYC”
The management takes good care of the guests and you can expect quality hotel service. This would be the best bet to stay if you are planning to visit new york city - takes about just close to 20 minutes to reach times square from the hotel. But be cautious while trying to reach the place from Newark -- the road signs are mis-leading. You may wanna give the front desk a call asking for directions.
“Pleasantly surprised”
This hotel is very convient to the city (just on the other side of the Lincoln tunnel). If you want and inexpensive hotel and don't mind taking the shuttle over, this is a good buy. The breakfast was fantastic!
“Excellent value”
This hotel was a lot more than I expected. The neighborhood doesnt look too good, but its location is excellent to go to NYC. The room was huge (two king-size beds, and all we asked for was a room for 2 people) and very clean. The staff were very courteous and breakfast was excellent.
“Great hotel close to NYC!”
We stayed at this hotel when we visited NYC. It was very new looking and clean. Only problem we had was that we requested a queen or king bed and when we checked in they gave us a room with two doubles. When I went back to the front desk to inform them, they were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a suite with a king bed. Very pleased with the hotel. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have seen! Will definitely stay here each time we visit NYC. Much cheaper than staying in the city but still easy to get into the city via the hotels shuttle bus.
“Great place for the money”
My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. We were very happy with the breakfast every morning. The shuttle service worked out very well. They were on time and very reasonable ($5 each way versus $45 for a cab) going to NYC. You are able to work out other pick-up times with the driver, such as if going to a show. One warning: just to get to the hotel from Newark airport( a 15 min. drive) will cost you $50 by cab. You can also call the hotel ahead of time and get the number for the shuttle service that they use into NYC to pick you up from the airport. Overall, a great place to stay for saving money. It is expensive to get into NYC on off times though, so consider that in your budget when considering a Manhatten hotel or NJ. We also found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, which I guess not everyone has.
“Very friendly and helpful staff”
The location of this hotel is convenient to both bus and train connections to Manhattan. The neighborhood of the hotel is fairly unattractive, but the hotel itself is bright and cheery. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful. The room was fairly spacious and easily accomodated a family of four.
