“Clean and quite”
This place is only one and a half years old and away from freeway and train noises. The service was good.

The people at this property go out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction, no kidding! My recent stay here has convinced me to seek out, and stay at Hampton whenever I travel. Hampton just does it right!

Only downside was that it was out in the middle of an industrial park, with no services nearby.

View of SF is only a short stroll away. Watch the airplanes land from well-designed and decorated and fully-equipped breakfast lounge area. Helpful staff with restaurants. Very friendly.

Two year old building. Near Oakland airport, but the windows are soundproof. Easy shuttle to Oakland Airport and passenger ferry to San Francisco . (Weekdays only.) Good free breakfast. What's not to like?
“Great stay for Oakland Airport”
We arrived late at night and the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. She responded immediately when I went downstairs later on to print my boarding pass and the ink cartridge in the printer was low. The hotel was clean, very close to the airport and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and well staffed. An excellent choice for our pre-departure stay out of Oakland.
“Nice Hotel but Terrible shuttle service”
This was a lovely hotel and conveniently located to the airport, HOWEVER, I have one complaint! The shuttle service (which was my main reason for choosing this hotel) was dreadful! The hotel was using the shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express, therefore was difficult to recognize that they were there to pick us up. We had 6 people in our party and there were not NEAR enough seats. We stood on the cold curb for an hour waiting for him to make his rounds on New Years Eve at midnight & come to get us even though I had followed their instructions to phone when we arrived and waited in the designated spot. Sigh. Happy New Year. Disappointing to arrive at the Hampton Inn & Suites to see their shuttle van sitting there driverless and parked on a busy new year's eve!!
