I know this is one of Disney’s more affordable properties but expected much nicer room for the price. Needs upgrading/ remodeling.

Great facility. Quiet room with great bed and pillows. Perfect location to visit Epcot and Hollywood studios. Staffing is courteous and helpful. Staffing assisted in our needs and answered questions.

The Swan is a great location that is easily walkable to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Additionally the pools and restaurants on property are amazing.

The pool area was incredible. Dj was pretty decent. We loved the sand beach. The room was just a basic room amd we didnt enjoy the beds or pillows but both sides of the swan and dolphin was such a vibe. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Everything was okay except for the last minute notification that all power would be turned off over night. Earlier notification would have been better. However, the hotel was nice enough to rebook us in the Dolphin for that night.

cleanliness--- the bed smelled like previous occupants' cologne. the bed was hot but room freezing and made you sweat ... didn't sleep well. the pool felt very nice and i loved the hot tub but in need of more accommodation seating for guests. Had previous experience at the dolphin about 7 1/2 years ago, and it was super pleasant. no complaints. thought this stay would be the same but i was way wrong for hoping to enjoy life away from home with my family hubby and three kids 12,7,6 and they were so happy in the pool area only. the room or pool. And the parking fees are outrageous!!! you pay for a room for almost $800 for two nights and still have to pay a fee for parking either valet or self but come to find out i picked self and I still had to play 36 per day and valet is $43 per day. ridiculous it should be a one-time payment when you check in no matter how long your stay. anyways yeah that my take

10/10 would recommend staying here for Disney trips! It was a great location—close to so many transportation options for the park, free transportation to Disney Springs, restaurant options galore, etc. The pool and playground between the Swan and Dolphin were wonderful, and the pool at the Swan seemed to be heated. The Swan bell staff were wonderful, and the concierge staff was always incredibly friendly when we passed by each time. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Disney.

The check in process was terrible, way understaffed, with only 2 people working, taking 15 min per group, with line out the door. Plus keys did not work when arrive at room, had to go through front desk line again for another 45 min. Once in room, phone would not work, could not call for luggage, had to go back downstairs to request luggage brought to room. Phone line was not working so could not be fixed. Over 3 hrs to finally be in room, missed time in park, which is why we stay there. Definitely different service standard from other Disney properties. Property was beautiful and convenient location.
