"Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that made the difference between excellent and fine. For instance, the main bedroom had sliding door access to the balcony. It was east facing and had a view of a lovely lake/green space but also the main roads. The window treatment on the sliding doors was not blackout and also did not completely close, so the morning sun (at 5am) came straight through as did the street lights, car lights, business signs, and traffic lights at night. "

"Right on the beach with a private boardwalk where you can rinse off all the sand. Great views, close to some really good restaurants. Older building, but they kept it clean. Parking garage available, but the code keypad wasnt woking and our arm bands didn't work on the keypad."

"I booked on May 3rd for June 10 -17 to be at the same location as the rest of my family. My grandson was playing in a baseball tournament and his entire team/family was at Moonspinner. "My experience with Orgins at Seahaven was really positive. Beach access was easy, which made my 9 year old extremely happy. The condo was nice and well maintained. The few staff members we encountered were friendly. My only negative was the water pressure to shower, but I guess that is to be expected with the number of people and water usage throughout the facility. "

"This condo is very nice. It just needed a deeper cleaning. Wonderful stay. Right on the beach is nice and i sure got a lot of exercise walking from parking garage to room. Out of 5 stars i give 4."

"The room was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for the room except a baking pan, but when we asked about it, it was promptly brought to our room. Only sorta negative thing about the stay was parking. If you want to park directly in front of hotel, you need to pay a daily $15 valet fee for them to park it for you, other wise you will need to find a spot across the street or in other parking lot next door to another hotel that shares. We opted to pay daily it wasnt that big a deal. Kids really loved it. The beach was right there, and had a great balcony view. The staff was polite and very friendly. This hotel earned a spot on out short list of hotels we will be coming back to in the future. Also note housekeeping only comes every 3 days but we mainly kept the place clean ourselves and anytime we needed towels/wash cloths to swap out it was no problem. If you plan on using the sofa bed do like us and bring you a set of sheets for it. We wasnt sure if they had sheets for that or not and never asked being we brought our own."
