We loved the property and our room. Definitely was worth the money. We wish the staff were more friendly and helpful at the front desk though. The property is set up pretty simple but it would’ve been nice to have more direction and customer service when we arrived. Other than that we definitely will be booking again!

At first, very unsure of booking recent stay at Laketown. After my stay I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The elevator situation can be frustrating at times but overall our room was clean, cozy and felt like home away from home.( Location A 10/10)

Location of the building is great! Just a short walk to the beach and other attractions. The condo does not look like the pictures that are posted online and was not in the best of shape. The furniture is cheap and not comfortable, dishwasher is out dated, rusted and broke, the seal is coming off the shower floor, broken pictures on the walls and pieces of the counter coming off. Baseboards were black in some areas.

It was okay, I would do it again.

It was fine. We couldn’t get the sofa bed to pull out and I fell off of one the chairs due to the seat of it being loose. We tried to wash our bathing suits and towels but the dryer wouldn’t get hot so our clothes were still damp but overall we were still able to cook, eat, sleep, shower and eventually watch TV as the remotes were confusing. My family seemed to really like having the huge open space and so did I. We really enjoyed ourselves despite the normal wear and tear of the place. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved the area. Did not like the security all the car would prefer for them to see the tag and let us through but I get. Hated we were not able to have visitors since we had friends with us that were at a different resort. I reached out because the HDMI cord and a batterry was missing from second bedroom and never got a response. The shower faucets need to be replaced because the lool outdated and are not clean. Prefer to have white linings and towels. Should invest in a better broom or a swifter for the floors for the sand for visitors to use.

We stayed in unit 416. It was nice . Washer door was broken. We just needed the dryer anyway . Could have had a couple more frying plans . The air-conditioner was kind of loud . It In The same area ase the bunk- beds. Was-mart is very close . Go early in the A.M. Becouse it’s a zoo . They were out of milk . Hot dog buns . Thinks that everyone needs . So get it before hand . Staff was fine . But really didn’t have to deal with them much .Didnt have any trouble with the elevators . Lots of places to eat $$$. I had a good place to park pretty close to our room . But some poeple had to park pretty far from their rooms . All around a pretty nice place to stay … kids were running around sometimes at night , but it was spring break .

Let me start off by saying the communication was great and we had no “issues” with the condo when it came to space. However we did take issue with some things within the owners control that we experienced & recommend immediate action on. 1. It smelled like a smokers home. Not impressed with that. We had to buy air freshners & wall plug ins but that still didn’t help. 2. The master bathrooms shower curtain is moldy and needs replacing immediately. 3. I was not convinced the comforters have been washed anytime recently for any of the beds. 4. The sand Is always an issue. Please provide a better broom and pan. We didn’t experience any loud noises at night or in the morning so that was nice. Things out of the owners control are the elevators. Do not recommend staying on any floors above the 4th Unless you’re willing to take the stairs. Waiting for an elevator is an absolute crap shoot. We stayed on the 11th and hiked the stairs to avoid the elevator wait. We sometimes parked on the 10th & took the elevator or stairs up but sometimes that pool entrance was closed at 10PM & not open before 9AM so plan accordingly. Stairs smell atrocious. Humans can be the worst, especially when they dump their trash there or pee because they’re drunk. Front office barely helped when checking in and were very clear they had nothing to do with private owners. No checkout process. Pool was okay. Very busy this time of year. Distance from condo to beach is very close.

Overall very pleased with our stay. Dishwasher was unusable and the garbage disposal needed replacing. No mop either but we made it work. Pretty nice property and everything was local.
