"pool was great , room was large 2 bedroom condo very nice only complaint was our key cards kept not working had to go to front desk 3 times to get new cards cause none of the 4 cards we had would open the door "

Everyone is so friend the front staff the ground crew. It’s my home away from home and I thank you for making me feel like I’m home everytime. "Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch. "This place is the best! My new favorite that I’ll continue to choose for all my Vegas trips! You have access to MGMs pools and lazy river and it’s short walk to the Las Vegas Strip. They are independently managed so it’s not as easy as calling down to the front desk but the best part is- I’ve NEVER had to call about anything. With at least 4 trips in the last couple of years, everything has gone smoothly each time. Choose this place. You won’t be disappointed. "
