"Traveled with 6 kids, someone accused them of stealing a laptop, the man was very aggressive. Scared the kids but hotel security handled the situation well. The man apologized because it wasn’t my kids. Security checked cameras. Other than that bad experience, the hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly. "

"It was easy to get to our room from the parking area. They could increase the handicap parking. We did express checkout and it’s two days later with no charges or a bill. "

"In the heart of Times Square it’s a wonderful stay in NY that isn’t outrageously priced and close to everything. The staff is awesome, courteous, and helpful. The condition of the building isn’t perfect but few are. It is a nice hotel that is clean and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family who visit NYC. "
