“Great Service”
Our stay at the HenriIV coincided with student unrest in Paris. The Metro and most major tourist attractions were either closed or open sporadically. The desk staff at the hotel offered lots of great suggestions on where to go and how to get there. They were very anxious to make sure we had a pleasant stay during a difficult time.

“Great hotel”
A small but very good hotel in a perfect position close to Notre Dame and the metro for easy travelling to all parts of Paris..As we always eat out in the evenings the lack of a restaurant is no issue for us.
“Henry IV”
The location of the hotel is outstanding. Near Notre Dame, restuarants and the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were modest and small by American standards but were clean and well kept. Note: bed length not sufficent for taller persons. Feet of one guest hung off the bed.
“Convenient location”
We enjoyed our stay at Henri IV Rive Gauche. It is located on a busy street in the Latin Quarter, and traffic noise would have been an issue if we weren't on the sixth floor. We overlooked St. Severin church and had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, which was a plus. Extremely convenient for touring the center of Paris on foot or accessing the Metro. Room was typically small for a Paris hotel, but well equipped and very clean. The front desk was helpful in arranging an earlly morning taxi for an out-of-town excursion and also booked a reasonably priced shuttle for our trip to the airport. Overall, a very good experience.
“Good location”
Hotel is very close to the Metro and a cross the road to pedestrian streets of the Latin quarter with lots of restaurants and Notre Dam. It's quite a walk (but pleasant) to Louvre (about 15 minutes). What else you do in Paris - walking!!! Dissappoitment was that room didn't have a tea pot or coffee, so had to go to Starbucks for a coffee to go. Make a request for a room with A VIEW, otherwise you will be facing to the other wall in the courtyard. Breakfast was in "french style": pastries, yogurt, fruits. Overall, this hotel is good enough if you are going to do lots of sightseeing and just sleeping in the hotel.

This is a small modest, but neat hotei. It does provide breakfast but charges extra for it. Apart from this and an internet cubicle, you will need to find your amenities elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. But given its location (a block from Notre Dame), the delightful ambience of the Latin Quarter, and the reasonable price, it is hard to go wrong with the Henri IV.
“Hotel Henri IV - great hotel”
A lovely hotel in a lively location. We stayed in the triple room which had great views. We walked to Notre Dame which was very near. The open top bus stop was just down the road. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The room was large enough for us and the little balcony was a surprise. The bathroom was clean and modern. I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room as I woke very thirsty at 7.30am and would have liked to have made myself a drink but apart from that the overall stay was very enjoyable.
