The staff members were super nice and courteous. Ms. Suzanne always asked how our stay was daily. She made sure our rooms always had the complimentary refreshment drinks (if not, she would fulfill the request ASAP). The breakfast offered was a nice addition. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms and common areas were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room we stayed in was a bit worn and the shower was not great, just a handheld shower and the tub was so deep it made getting in and out a little tricky.

Timhotel was a wonderful experience. Having never been to Paris, this property was in a great location. It was walkable to LOADS of restaurants, sights, buses, trains, metro. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We were upgraded to a corner room with a balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower! I would highly recommend.

+ Hotel was in a good position to visit the city, clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Very kind personnel. - They assigned a us a room outside the main building, ground floor, with the door directly on the court with no possibility to keep the window courtains open. In May the heater is not on and as the room was cold they give us an electric heater.
