“Fantastic”
was a little leary at first since this was classified as an "historic" hotel, but it had first-class amenities. Very updated hardware in the bathroom, comfortable pillowtop mattresses, and immaculate customer service. will definitely stay there on next visit to the area.
“The Royal Palms”
It was a great stay. We were there for 4 nights and the entire stay was great. Friendly service. Great rooms...a littel small in the bedroom area and only a single sink in the bathroom but other than that it was beautiful. Great setting. Great breakfast at T Cook's.
“Excellent Resort!”
I stayed at the Royal Palms for four days/three nights. From the time you first drive up to the time you leave, it is pure elegance and pampering. Room service is great, since I vacationed solo, did'nt try out restaurant but I think room service is similar to restaurant food and it was great! They have maid service about once/twice a day plus turn down service. Oh and not to mention the spa bath, which is so big I literally felt like I was taking a dip/swim in it! Next time, I will book a spa treatment though. I did miss out on that. The tip for these are to book early. They fill up fast. I did take a walk on my last day there to view the resort and the pictures I took are like something out of a storybook! It's really paradise. I would suggest this resort for couples and older travelers though. Just because Scottsdale area is pretty reserved and pretty quiet. I enjoyed getting out more into the city going to muesuems, sightseeing, etc, but again I was traveling solo and in the 25-34 category range. Overall, excellent resort, perfect for honeymoon, vacation or business leisure. Service is great, bellhop, valet parking, the whole shabang! Would definitely stay again!
“very impressed.”
great stay and staff was very helpful and was well taken care of.
“Great Place to Relax”
We were very pleased overall with the resort. However, this was our first time to Phoenix and we were there for my college graduation. We wished that we could have spent more time at the resort, but with the graduation and site seeing we did not feel that we were not able to. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
“Best ever”
Beautiful grounds, fabulous service, lovely setting
“What a wonderful hotel!”
The Royal Palms is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at in our 35 years of traveling. The service is excellent. Everyone is very nice and the rooms and grounds are beautiful. I can't wait to go back!!
“Highly Recommended”
We stayed for one night before driving to the Grand Canyon. The service was excellent throughout, including check-in, bell-hop, and valet. The room exceeded expectations, was very clean and extremely comfortable. One complaint was the unexpected $25 per night resort service fee that was not disclosed.
“Excellent place to relax and feel pampered!”
This was our second time staying at the Royal Palms and as expected they provide wonderful service and the food is delicious. Everyone is very helpful and efficient. The room we stayed in was the Montevilla terrace. Very comfortable and loved the oversized tub. One thing that is somewhat frustrating is they tend to charge and have fees for everything. There is a one time fee that goes towards gratuities, but then they also require you pay a second gratuity fee for any extra service as well as a third option to pay gratuities when the bill comes. But overall, we'd stay again to relax and feel like celebrities. Because of the cost, I'd go through Expedia again rather than paying Royal Palms directly. Better deal that way!
“True Luxury”
For our 60th B-days my cousin and I promised to go to the best- We did the Royal Palms experience was the BEST- their brunch was an experience of its own-- what a great place- we will be back.
