Booked to attend an event at the Desert Ridge Improv and was a great location. I would drive instead of walking to the venue it was a little further than I thought especially walking in the Phoenix heat! The property was nice the rooms were clean I would book again.

I would not stay here again. For about $15-20 more a night you can stay at a much nicer hotel. Room had a terrible smell. Pool was green and gross-could not use at all. Pool chairs were not good (picture on website is very deceiving)Breakfast was actually decent. This hotel is not even that old and it already needs a lot of work. Front desk workers seemed helpful.

Such nice staff and great location, my dad has been staying while using Mayo Clinic for his health. Thanks for the great service. They have been wonderful to accommodate him and his RV with parking. Thanks so much for making his experience a welcoming one under the circumstances.
