“My review.”
The Hotel was beautiful, the only little problem I had was a lack of communication with the staff. Sign language worked most of the time!

“Beautiful Hilton”
We chose the Hilton in Phuket due to its location across from Karon Beach. We were in Thailand for our 10 year anniversary and wanted to relax. Although the beach was easy access, we found ourselves spending the majority of the time at the hotel's pools. I had no idea that they pools had slides and one of the pools had a waterfall you could go behind. It was beautiful! Everything about the hotel was beautiful. We chose to include breakfast with our reservation and am so happy we did. I looked forward to it everyday! The food was always excellent and the choices plentiful. The fitness center was adequate although two more cardio machines would be nice (one was in repair). My husband and I did some weight training without bumping into anyone. I would recommend taking advantage of the fitness center. We also did a couples massage at the Hilton's spa and it was worth every penny. So relaxing and the atmosphere just so calming. The beautiful views from our balcony were of the lagoon and mountains. I just can't rave enough about this hotel. We didn't bring our children, but definitely will next time. It appeared very family friendly and although we were there for a couple's retreat, I still felt the Hotel appealed to both. You won't regret anything about this hotel. I can't wait to go back!
“Doesn't get better than this”
Honestly I can't think of a single thing that wasn't 100% perfect about our stay at this hotel. The entire staff was amazing. The location is ideal and everything that isn't right there on site is only a taxi ride away.
“Royal service”
THis is a lovely resort w/ outstanding service that made you feel like royalty. THere was attention to detail in the rooms even to how the wash cloths were folded into elephants or adorned w/ flowers.The workers at the beach pool were friendly and antipated your every need. THe only tiny negative was the one step down from the bedroom to the bathroom which we occasionally stumbled over. Food in the restaurants was good and we ate there half of the time. THe cooking class offered was fun. We found a van at the airport and kept his card and used him exclusively for travel in and out of the resort due to use of crutches and wheelchair. Regular taxis were more accessible from the beach road, but the hotel was always accomodating for our kids when they went into Patang.
“Best hotel on the Best beach”
We could not fault the hotel or location. The Hilton had 4 magnificent pools, you could chose a different one depending on your mood. The rooms were very nice and included a shower over bath. The maid service was excellent and she always did something special when making up the room and would have the oils burning for when we returned. The buffet breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had. There was a vast selection of foods available. The location was also very good. It was only a short tutu ride away from Patong but far away to get away from the crowds. The beach at Karon was far nicer and lest crowded than Patong. There was also great shopping in either direction, in Karon or in Kata. Overall our experience was very positive. We shall definitely return.
“We "loved" it!”
Hotel is huge but really well set out so you never feel crowded. There are plenty of swimming pools for everyone and the staff are terrific. The buffet breakfast was a hit particularly with our teenage children. When we go back to Phuket we will definitely stay at the Hilton!
“Very impressed”
The hotel is amazing! At times the enormous size of it made it seem dead, but overall it was a gorgeous hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and they always went the extra mile for the guests. For example, they would service our room twice a day and give us the following day's weather reports, they would make little designs out of your towels in the shape of an elephant etc.... The staff are very professional and the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've had. The location is a bit tucked away from the chaos of Patong, but i thought it was a good thing. It only costs you the equivalent of about $6-$7 AUS to get to the main area by Taxi or Tuk Tuk. This way, you're in a nicer area and are across the road from a beautiful beach. The only complaint I'd have would be their concierge team. They were extremely friendly, but all their recommendations are the more expensive options, or the options that give the hotel more of a benefit. Just do your own research to get the best prices. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel. If you like beautiful and grand, it's the place for you!
“Amazing hotel - will be back!”
We satyed at the hotel for eleven nights and have just returned. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel special - greated with cold towels and a drink. The room was fantastic ( we paid extra for a seaview room - well worth ir ) with really comforatble beds, clean bathroom and most importantly a good air con system! there are three swiiming pools, all very well kept and beds are spaced out nicely. The staff are amazing, were so kind and helpful, they really made our stay special.
“Can't wait to go back next year.”
This hotel was extraordinary. The staff was very accomodating and extremely humble. I would recommand this hotel to any one. It's quite affortable too. I adore Thailand and Phuket is a sheer paradise.
