“Fantastic stay at the movenpick Hotel”
The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. No problems what so ever with check-in and check-out, we even asked for a late check-out and that was accomodated. The facilities in this resort were great, there are lovely pool areas, variety of resturants, indoor kids' play areas (for the different age groups). The hotel is across the street from the beach, very easy access. There are a number of convenient stores around the hotel to get snacks, groceries, etc...We highly recommend this hotel especially their 1 bedroom garden suite which has its own porch with a lovely seating area and sun beds. The gardens and land scape are beautiful.
“Perfect hotel for honeymoon”
This hotel is definitely the best hotel in the Karon Beach area of Phuket. It looks great - fresh and clean and traditional Thai style, and it kept very tidy. We loved every minute of our stay here. Breakfast - something for just about every nationality in the world it seemed! We especially loved the freshly squeezed juicves every morning,and location of the restaurant around the main pool area. Happy hour - 6-7pm every day at the swim-up pool bar. It was great! 3 swimming pools - the resort is great for families, couples and small groups of friends, so there was something for everyone Location - fantastic location just across the road from the beach, and short walk to other shops, restaurants, bars too. PattongBeach is about 20 mins away in a tuk-tuk. For the better restaurants in Karon, come out of the beach exit of the hotel and turn left or right, The beach area has better quality restaurants and is quieter/better atmosphere too. The main street of Karon was a bit crazy with traffic and tacky tourist shops for our liking.
“Beautiful hotel - didn't want to leave”
The hotel was beautiful and perfectly maintained. The journey is slightly longer from the airport than other main destinations (such as Patong and Phuket Town) but it is worth it for the elevated view and quieter beach. On arrival we were met with such a gracious welcome as only the Thai can do. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything and more than we needed with a large balcony overlooking the sea - spectacular to wake up to. The grounds you could explore for days, with lily ponds with frogs singing, huts, and benches with easy access to and from the beach directly outside. Service was flawless and friendly and the staff could not do more to help. We visited during low season which meant the hotel had far fewer guests than we expected but this suited us well and allowed the the staff to be very attentive. High season when the hotel is buzzing may be a different experience but we will definitely be returning to find out!

“Perfect Vacation spot!!”
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in the month of November and we absolutely recommend this hotel 100%!! Hotel is located right across from the beach, complimentary breakfast was delicious, pools were nicely maintained and hotel staff was very courteous and spoke great English! We only stayed here for half of our trip and went over to Kata Beach for the other half of our trip. We kept saying over and over how much we wanted to go back to the Movenpick! I would definitely stay here again!!!

The Resort was picture perfect, the facilities were immaculate and the staff were attententive and considerate. The location was well positioned away from the hustle and bustle of Patong yet in close proximity to all features that the island has to offer. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. we stayed with our 1 year old daughter and they couldnt have done any more for us. we stayed in a deluxe garden villa which was lovely and all of the staff went out of their way to make a fuss over our daughter. we stayed just as Bangkok airport reopened so the hotel was at half capacity but it picked up just as we left and there were still plenty of beds available around the pools. the hotel itself is new and maintained to a high standard but is very family friendly. we can't wait to go back next year.
“Karon Beach tropical paradise”
This was the best hotel I have been to in Thailand. And for the price it was also a good value. It is situated right across from Karon Beach. It had a great pool, beautiful gardens and the room was amazing. On top of this, the service and cleanliness was also top notch. I noticed that the restaurants were pricey. So if you want a better value meal, it is also near to some basic restaurants and hawker stalls. Down the street, it also has a local night market behind the hotel. And heading South on the Beach Road is a great local market selling souvenir items. Can't wait to go back!
“A Beautiful Resort”
I extremely enjoyed staying in Movenpick Karon Beach. The residences complex is the best choice inside the Movenpick. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool and the beach, which is across the street from the Residence. The staff was sooo friendly and always trying to help with a beautiful smile.
