First time in Vancouver and came to visit a friend. Staff was very nice and helpful! They directed us to the sky train which is conveniently nearby and helped make a commute into the city a lot less daunting

Excellent customer service. Very attentive staff. The room is elegant, spacious, clean. I was surprised to see water bottles, slippers, a comb, etc. An excellent touch for a perfect stay. Overall this hotel is a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay again when I travel to this area.
