The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "

"While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!"
