Booked through Expedia. At the time of booking a daily resort credit of $30 was an option to choose. Upon arriving , both the hotel and Expedia was unaware although it is clear as day on the website. Very disappointing and considering the hotel is outdated and not busy, I understand why they chose to act this way. I will Definitely not bet back.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is large and beautifully maintained, with direct access to a stunning beachfront. There are several restaurants on-site, offering a variety of food options. The location is also very convenient—just a short drive from the airport. Perfect for both relaxation and easy travel. Highly recommended!

It was a nightmare. Construction non-stop. We were in the Mexican side which was noisy and kids were running everywhere. We asked for a quiet room and it was even worse even though there was no one there. The restaurants and shops were closed. Everything was very inconvenient and far away from the rooms. The worst vacation experience ever. The should close the hotel like the Marriott did this summer. We will never return there.
