Tried Casa Cupola for the first time and found it to be a wonderful experience. Their staff was outstanding, as was my room and the many amenities they offer. In particular, their Sunday brunch was the best! Multiple pool areas, bar and restaurant so you really want for nothing. Will absolutely stay there again on my next visit.

After many visits to PV over the years, this was my first at Casa Cupula and it certainly won't be the last. The property is well-maintained and the rooms felt comfortable and unique, not at all cookie-cutter. The staff was incredible and called me by name. And the pool parties were fun, inclusive and diverse. loved it.

We were in contact with manager Felix who provided shuttle transportation to the resort which we recommend. Boris, the manager of the property provided all of the maps and suggestions for store, markets, restaurants we needed to enjoy our stay. We had breakfast every morning that was delicious and our waiter Lalo was fantastic. The room was spacious clean and private. We look forward to stay there again on our next visit to PV. Plus we always had a rif=de available to wherever we wanted to explore.

Besides the two leaks in the roof which were small leaks due to the being raining season, I found it very inconvenient that if I wanted to have someone sleepover that I met with during the parties they had and then partied with them at the beach, which is in walking distance as well Felt it inconvenience that I am being charged for having that guest spend tonight in my room that I purchased for the weekend. Seems like another scam for them to get some money from you aside from what you’re already paying.

The staff welcomed me in a way that I felt I was visiting family ! The hotel is amazing. As a solo traveler had a lot of fun and was able to host my friends in common areas.
