This was my introduction to an all inclusive vacation in Mexico, so I have little to compare it to. Our room was large and clean with a comfy bed and dual sinks in the bathroom. Hot water was not always available, but not a huge issue. The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the local wildlife (raccoons, cats, iguanas) that hung out near the pools sometimes. The buffet meals were great with plenty of options for all diets. The a la carte restaurants were the only element we found a little disappointing. Location is good... Close to the airport, and easy to catch a bus or taxi\Uber to the Malecon and Zona Romantica, or the marina.

We loved it here! It is so centrally located you can go off resort and explore/ eat the best food! The staff is incredible here all working extremely hard for hours on end. We really enjoyed the hacienda side and would recommend that if you want the option to be at an adults only pool. Our room was a little loud at night but nothing to complain about. Buffets are decent, definitely a level up from Dominican but did get a bit repetitive however we left resort for other restaurants as there are soooo many amazing options. Bar can make you any drink possible and offers more premium liquor if you ask. Overall we loved it here and would return in a heartbeat.

The room was spacious, the hacienda was a bit outdated compared to others but very clean. Staff were a hit and miss some were friendly while some could benefit from retraining (waiters/hostess). Awesome resort and the staff is absolutely amazing, bring cash for tips because the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Stayed on the adults side it was pretty quite and relaxing. If your looking to party and get wild this is NOT the place it has a chill vibe here. A lot of couples and older married couples.
