We loved staying at the hacienda. It felt safe and clean, and although it didn’t have a view of the ocean, it has beautiful greenery all over. We loved the atmosphere.

I truly enjoyed every moment I spent at this location. I stayed at La Hacienda which is the adults only part and it was absolutely relaxing. Maribel at the cafe in the front was outstanding. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone. The hotel is also very close to everything. I felt very safe and welcomed here.

The staff was excellent and courteous thorughout the entire stay. Whenever any situations arose, the staff handled things well. The room was amazing, though I never used the swimming pool attached to my room. I thoroughly enjoyed my bachelor trip to Krystal Grande and would recommended it to others. It's smaller than some of the resorts I've been to in Mx, but it had fair quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. Bobo the iguana was a nice added experience.

Breakfast and lunch was really good Dinner was mediocre. However it is close to the Malecon which has so much to do. The staff at resort will go above and beyond to make you happy. The resort is close to alot. We walked to alot of places we went. It was safe to go off the resort also. We loved our swim out room.

The adult pool area was nice. We didn’t need to search for a chair. The staff were really friendly! Our room was clean, the rain shower head didn’t work though. The adult area was quiet, would not recommend this resort if you’re looking for a lively pool area. The food options weren’t great and if you didn’t book an al a carte early, you were eating at the family buffet. The breakfast buffet was good but I wasn’t impressed with the evening buffet and it was very loud. The alcohol options were good name brand liquors.

The staff upon check in was very rude. The food here is terrible, we ended up eating off site for most of the trip. We spent five days here, paid for a swim out suite and the pool they gave us was the tiniest and dirtiest. The latch on the room door was broken. It was an awful experience, the rooms are old and dirty.

Property is lush, we have stayed before. We only had a bath towel, no wash cloths or hand towels, the chair in our room was a little dirty on arrival but the staff is amazing we wood still go back. It is a great priced resort for sure. The restaurants are good, especially the avocado ice cream 😏

I liked the area where the property was located , would not return due to cleanliness , sheets/bedding and pillows had a mildew smell no matter how many times I asked them to change the bedding. The restroom was not clean when we arrived at all and had hair all over the floor as well as dirt even after room service cleanings daily. Food was terrible and had to eat out of the resort.
