Noris was our butler the best service. She was response and assisted with any and everything. She knew a lot about what was happening at the resort and made all the reservations. The trip was very smooth because of her. I will be coming back to visit.

The TRS Turquesa is a great option if you're looking for an adult only property within a much larger complex. The location is beautiful - great gardens and grounds! The staff is amazing and so friendly - Nori was our "butler" and was so helpful and even prepared a special thing for my friend who had just finished a life milestone - so special! The food was decent - La Boheme was not good, but the Steakhouse and Italian places were great. One issue is that it's a HUGE property and so getting from place to place needs a cart to drive you, and at night it's a challenge to find where to get a cart to take you back across the complex to the Turquesa. All in all, a great location if you are flexible and looking for a good beach and great staff.

We had the best time at this resort!! Our butler, Noris, was the BEST!!!! She checked in everyday to make sure we were taken care of and if else needed anything. She took care of everything we needed and even set up a surprise in our room for our honeymoon. ! I would recommend Noris to anyone!

OVERALL: Other hotels in this class offer more for the same cost as TRS Turquesa, and do it better. GOOD: The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Food quality was excellent. The room and grounds appear clean and in good condition. The beach and water is nice, with minimal intrusions from vendors. Building butler was invaluable. BAD: Our check in wait time was 45 mins. Constant upselling (select meals, select wines, select activities are an additional charge including room service after 11pm). Beach/pool front building 52 is between the noisy pool (daytime) and the very noisy neighboring property (night time). The availability of food was limited. If a snack or treat is wanted, they are difficult or impossible to find. The number of restaurants is not what is stated as some locations serve as many as three restaurants on alternating nights. The resort relies heavily on its app which is unreliable in function and information. A few children ventured over from the adjoining properties. Limited cart transportation returning from restaurants (the four resorts are big). HORRIBLE: The Palladium Travel Club pitch was made under the guise of a cart tour of TRS Turquesa and the three other adjoining properties on the first morning. Highly questionable tactics were used to sell a nearly $40,000 plan. Truly a turnoff to Palladium in general.

Our stay at TRS was very enjoyable. TRS staff was very polite and addressed all our requests promptly. Our butler constantly stayed in touch with us making restaurant reservations, bringing entertainment information etc. Entertainment program was excellent. Shuttle service was available when we needed it. We also enjoyed the pool around our hotel.

The property is gorgeous. It is well maintained and very clean. The pools were relatively close to my room (2-3 min walk) and there was always people sunbathing. Not a lot of swimming happened during my stay. I frequently used the gym and surprisingly, it wasn’t packed with guests. There was always a cardio and weight machine available. We attended the circus show one night and sadly, we only caught the last 30 mins of the performance. What I saw was exhilarating! The performers are truly acrobats. I wish there were more shows similar to this. Our butler, Rodney, was very attentive to our needs. He was communicative and showed sincere interest in taking care of us. Thank you, Rodney! What I didn’t like was two specific workers on the property who just didn’t show enthusiasm about their job. I tried to order fresh pancakes at Las Torres and the woman told me to get pancakes from “over there.” I’m not sure what her deal was. Nonetheless, we had a great time. I definitely would book with Palladium Hotels again.
