"Hotel was lovely very new and modern the staff were great but the food was very expensive and not a lot - steak and potatoes lovely piece of steak and 2 halves of potato not worth the money would not eat. Room was lovely and was very clean. Do not order room service the night staff are rude and the food was inedible."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."
