Cramped room close to train stations. Air conditioner was controlled by the building so it was sweltering with windows that couldn’t be opened and 2 people in a very tight space. The staff seemed annoyed when I showed up 45 minutes before check in and didn’t offer me paid early check in. There isn’t a hot tub just an onsen which I am not confident for, and wouldn’t be able to use due to my tattoos being too large. I would suggest spending more money and staying elsewhere.

Room size is different from what I requested. Room picture received from Expedia's confirmation is different from the room I was assigned to (smaller). I paid extra to have a larger room. I wish this is explicitly stated in the itinerary so I don't need to argue with the staff during check-in.
