The property had everything that you needed and the room sizes were great. It would have been nicer if the pool area was open later than 8pm. The other issue was the Grand Cafe being booked out for breakfast, thankfully the other Cafes were available.

Really enjoyed the beautiful views during breakfast. One of the things we think would have made the stay better is a smart tv in the room. The Tv’s were a bit outdated and we weren’t able to watch anything during our time we spent in the room. The outdoor pool was gorgeous unfortunately because we went in October, it was not open for use even though it was sunny and perfect pool weather.

We loved staying here when we go to Disney resorts. Very convenient, the rooms are very spacious can fit 4 people. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great. They have a nice pool and onsen facility.

Great location, staff were very helpful. Easy access to the trains, There is a shuttle to the station. If we waited for the shuttle it was only a few minutes. Take shuttle across the street to avoid the driveway to the property. Train takes you to Disney and shops/ restaurants since mall is nearby. We bought the 4 day pass makes it easier to hop on and off. Facilities very clean. Balcony very nice with vast view of the bay and even Mt. Fuji showed up one day in the distance…it’s to the right of the bridge.

There are limited dining options in walking distance from this hotel so if you did not want to use their restaurants you’ll need to plan ahead. The convenience store is also lacking in options beyond instant noodles and small snacks. Otherwise the location of this hotel is great and staff are helpful.

The Sheraton Grande Bay Hotel was a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Japan. It was very conveniently located, clean, quiet, comfortable, and safe. The in-room toiletries and amenities were a plus. I would definitely consider staying here again for a future trip.
