素泊まりなら十分行けるホテル

古ぼけたホテル。昭和レトロとも言える。掃除は行き届いているので施設内は清潔。各階に梅昆布茶、ほうじ茶、緑茶、麦茶のサービスが備え付けられている。隣接する部屋や廊下からの音はやたらと響く。部屋備え付けのテレビは小さいが、ちゃんとBSチャンネルまでもがキレイに映るーこの点が侮れない！

コンビニがすぐ近いのと、スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。ただ、全体的に清潔とは言い難い部屋でした。また、シャワーの温度調節が難しかったです。

確かにホテルは古いけれど、接客はとても良かったし、花火大会当時でしたが何の問題もなく過ごせました。ただ、小さい子供が夜中の１時まで廊下をバタバタ奇声を出しながら走り回っていたり、若い人達が大声で笑っていたりで、全く眠れませんでした…でもそれはお客のモラルの問題でホテルには責任ないですしね（笑）運が悪かったな。

コストパフォーマンスだけならリピありかな？

建物の古さは致し方ないとしても、清潔面は比例しないと思います。どんだけ使ってなかったんだよ⁉️というくらい、至るところ埃が溜まってました。駅からは少し歩きますが、近くにドラッグストアSEIMSとLAWSONがあり、宿泊した部屋が最上階の7階海側だったので、眺望は良かったです。廊下には給茶機と電子レンジがあり、給茶機は、お湯と冷水、数種類の茶が選べます。フロントスタッフも親切でした。

残念すぎる部屋

古い建物ということは知っていたので元から期待はしていなかったです。まず、結露対策がされていないので写真の通り、クロスが剥がれていました。入館した直後からホコリぽい匂いが鼻につきます。室内にポットがないから、室内の扉を開ける必要があり、面倒です。木更津駅からホテルまで徒歩20分はかかります。

快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

長くやっているホテルなので施設の古臭さは否めないですが、清掃が行き届いているのでそこは直ぐに慣れると思います。お得に滞在出来たので満足しています。

駐車料金無料は有り難いが宿泊部屋がとにかく埃っぽい。コンセントにたまったホコリを見るとかさいが起きたときが怖い。ウォーターサーバーもcoldを選択すると黒っぽいカビ？のようなものもでてくるし安心しては飲めない。Wi-Fiはあるがパスワードなしで繋がるので怖い。とりあえず近くにローソンがあることは救い。泊まるだけ、埃っぽくても気にならない人以外は、あまりオススメ出来ない。、。
