There are many great and amazing things about the Park Hotel in Shiodome. First, the staff is excellent. Super helpful and friendly. Second, the hotel itself is wonderful, and the location couldn't be any better. So close to Shiodome station and Shimbashi station. Very good dining options close by. And, easy to catch a subway or train to get anywhere else in Tokyo and beyond.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. 5 star service with a 5 star view of the Tokyo tower from our room. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and staff were really attentive during check in. As a gold member for Expedia, I enjoyed perks of a 2pm late checkout and 2 free drink coupons which was really nice as I had a late flight out in the evening. Bar was great with a solid selection of Japanese whiskeys and a great view of the city. Only feedback is that while the buffet breakfast is delicious, the selection of food was quite limited (for JPY 3k ). Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely love to stay again!

10/10 the staff were really really nice. I ordered something from amazon to be delivered at the hotel and the staff got it to me with no fuss. It was conveniently connected to one of the train stations. It was basically 2 elevators down. Restaurants were near by like a 5 min walk. Ginza boogie shopping area was about 15 min or less walk. Hotel was clean. The lobby view was amazing facing the tokyo tower and more amazing at night when it lit up. I wanted a room facing tokyo tower but it was only available for 2 nights. I actually messaged to ask if i could get facing tokyo tower and they were able to kindly reply and accommodate for 2 nights and when we changed rooms we just left our bags in the room and they moved our stuff for us while we were out. They also brought out a scale to help us weigh our luggage. They also had free water and coffee at the lobby which we took advantage of daily. They offered 2 free drinks at the bar. Lots of amenities were given for toiletries which i loved! Definitely will return!!
