"Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. "It was conveniently located for visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The room was clean. We arrived on Thursday. The included breakfast on Friday was sparse compared to other Best Westerns. Not a lot of options for gluten free, no hot food unless you microwaved the breakfast sandwiches available, not even hard boiled eggs. The coffee was good, but only one sugar free/diabetic option and no half and half. There was a large variety of creamers but not simple half and half or lactose...

"All the staff at the hotel were super kind and courteous. The room was clean the beds were comfortable. The only drawbacks were the hotel was old so the AC was loud and the AC fan was broken.
